Brainstorming Bon Fire
Purpose:
Keep the ambers burning and the brain pumping with ideas
all night.
Typically the best ideas happen when you least expect them...
how about at a Bon Fire at dusk.
This activity is ideal for a group of 4 or a group of 40.
Working that is fun and lasts well into the night. We provide the facilitator and get your
group out of the classroom and into the outdoors. Traditional Bon Fire, non-traditional
storming of the brain. Story telling, ideas generation, and problem solving in a relaxed,
non threatening environment. You won’t even realize you are still working.
Let us know if you want us to work out a problem, assist with idea generation, cause
and effect exercises or creativity exercises as we can do it all and tailor it to your
specific needs.
All tools are included including campfire chairs, and brainstorming supplies.
Vision and Values Creation... The fun way
Purpose:
To set a direction for your group or company
To re evaluate your team’s focus
To discuss a change in structure or in leadership
To set your group, team or company up for success
We will drive the process through creativity to come up with your new Vision and Values
statement. This exercise is best done with the leaders of your team... By the end of the
creative session you will leave feeling more focused and energized about your path to success.
One of our enthusiastic facilitators will lead you through the exercise; we provide all
the appropriate materials to ensure you leave the session (or end the day) with a powerful,
focused vision.
Your statement will be all framed and ready to put on the wall before you leave the resort.

Watch a 45 minute video and have one of our onsite facilitators debrief the video with
your group. Your team will feel motivated and inspired after watching this fun and easy
video. They will also be able to relate as it is a real life story.

Business Meeting Breaking the Ice
We are here to assist you facilitate your very important meeting. You focus on the content
of the meeting and we will focus on kick starting the day off, re-energizing the group
after breaks or after a delicious lunch.
Purpose:
Introduce participants to each other & establish bonds between
various group members.
Après Break or Après Lunch Ice Breakers
Purpose of an Après Break or Après Lunch Ice Breaker
To have an activity mid day to rejuvenate the group, re-energize
or to re-direct their thinking from one topic to another.
We will design a “Breaking the Ice”
session based on your groups needs. Each session is approximately 20-30 minutes each in
length.
We will supply all the appropriate equipment for the Kick Off, Après Break and
Après Lunch Ice Breakers.
