The Hotel
History

The Riverside Resort & Conference Centre first opened its doors in October 1991. It was formerly known as the Kingsclear Hotel Resort and then as the Holiday Inn Hotel & Resort Fredericton. The hotel was originally owned and managed by the local First Nations Community and sold to SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts in 1989 (formerly CHIP Hospitality).
